Job Summary
Lead cross functional capital engineering projects that support Growth, Cost Reduction, EHS improvement, and Equipment/Facility Renewal.
Utilize project engineering fundamentals (scope, budget, schedule, forecasting, communication, financial analysis) to deliver the best outcome for 3M.
Manages financial aspects of major project teams, including estimating expenditures, identifying financial alternatives, contributing to the creation of AFEs, purchasing materials and/or services, monitoring and tracking costs, and payments.
