Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • BS in engineering or equivalent experience
  • 8 years prior relevant experience
  • RCCA tools such as 8D and 5-Whys
  • PFMEAs, PPAP, Gage R&R proficiency
  • Manage supplier Vendor Corrective Action Board

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with castings highly preferred
  • AS9100 / ISO 9001 Quality systems knowledge
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Quick reaction to resolve issues
