Salary
Base: $80,000 - $140,000 Annual; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual performance-based awards; Benefits: Comprehensive program including 401K match, insurance, PTO, and EAP

5-8 years Private Credit industry experience
Agile development process management
Stakeholder communication with senior management
Business requirement documentation skills
Program governance and risk oversight

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or related field
