Job Summary
Act as the LATAM R&D SME in Food Safety & Applied Microbiology, defining and implementing microbiological strategies to support innovation pipelines.
Lead Microbiological Risk Assessments (MRA) for ingredients, processes, and finished products, defining specifications and evaluating formulation/process parameters.
Partner closely with Product Developers, Process/Equipment Engineers, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to provide technical guidance and build microbiology capability across R&D.
