Will work directly with the production support lead engineer in managing day-to-day issues, triage new user enhancement requests, guide the offshore help desk, and lead end-to-end support activities.

NetSuite functional configuration
NetSuite reports and saved searches
NetSuite GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets
Agile methodology
Accounting/finance background
End-to-end NetSuite support
Nice-to-have
Reconciliation tools experience
NetSuite Administrative certification
Strong communication and presentation skills
Problem solving and analytical skills
Key Requirements
3 to 5 years of major ERP implementations
3 to 4 years of NetSuite end to end implementation and support
University degree
Must be willing and able to 2nd shift
Must be willing to work from Bangalore office minimum 3 days
