Skills & Requirements

structures and heavy civil experience
manage daily crew activities
ensure compliance with H&S standards
coordinate equipment and materials use
conduct quality workmanship checks
Nice-to-have
develop teams and positive work environment
liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues
strong leadership and time management
experience in water and pipelines
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years Foreman or Supervisory experience
At least 3 years in heavy civil and structural areas
Experience with bridge building, retaining walls, piling, civil structures or commercial building
Class 1 driver licence with WTR Endorsement
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
