Job Summary

  • The Team Leader is responsible for organizing, assigning and overseeing production, leading the production team in meeting production schedules and facilitating the safe and productive manufacture of high-quality products.
  • Responsibilities include reporting using tier two accountability boards, developing team members, and leading continuous improvement activities using lean manufacturing tools.
  • This is a working team lead position where running machine equipment will be required, along with performing daily checks and maintenance on production equipment.
