Job Summary
PATH Kenya through Nuru Ya Mtoto Project seeks to recruit a procurement officer to oversee the project’s strategic and day to day supply chain processes.
The project provides comprehensive HIV care and treatment services to people living with HIV including children and adolescents in four counties in Kenya.
The successful candidate will ensure efficient procurement of goods and services while continuously identifying and implementing innovative approaches to maximize value in the supply chain.

Vendor due diligence and Bridger checks

Procurement reporting and documentation
ERP procurement module experience

Ability to work collaboratively in teams
Knowledge of US Government grant regulations
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business-related field with procurement specialization
Up to date KISM membership
Minimum 6 years relevant experience preferably in NGO sector
Master’s degree or CIPS qualification is advantage
Fluency in English and strong communication skills
