Job Summary
Zayo is looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) who can embed quickly into Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and Agile Teams, facilitating processes and execution, driving relentless improvement, and enabling value delivery at scale.
The RTE works with Product Management, System Architects, Business SMEs, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on vision, priorities, and execution across teams.

Key Requirements
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Agile delivery roles
Deep understanding of SAFe® principles
Proven facilitation skills

SAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification is preferred
Experience in large enterprise environments
Experience in maturing organizations in SAFe or Agile methodologies
Familiarity with software tools (e.g., Jira, LucidChart)
