Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience with major cost management tools and software
  • Professional certifications preferred: PMP, CCP, CEP, CPE, MRICS, AssocRICS, or equivalent
