Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3+ years supplier quality coordination experience
Regular travel to domestic and international vendor locations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
Nice-to-have
Prior experience in the furniture industry preferred
Experience with QARMA inspections and PLM systems
Creative problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
High attention to detail with a sense of urgency
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in supplier or product quality coordination
Ability to travel at least 25% of time (domestic and international)
Experience leading vendor calls and documenting issues clearly
