Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5-7 years commercial space planning experience
  • Extensive AutoCAD and facility management software skills
  • Knowledge of building codes and ADA compliance
  • Experience managing capital projects and budgets
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite including Excel

Nice-to-have

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and build relationships
  • Familiarity with FM:Systems software preferred
  • Comfortable working on-site with travel as needed

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or facilities management
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
