· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). ·3-5 years of Hands-on development with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Apps. Power BI and Power Automate). ·Strong experience with SharePoint Online configuration and solutioning (modern sites,lists, permissions, and integration with Power Platform). ·Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio or AI-powered workflow tools. · Knowledge of Web Technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for customising Power Pages theming. · Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL and/or Dataverse (tables, relationships, security roles). · Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) in Power Platform (Solutions,environment strategy, deployment pipelines/Git). · Understanding of security, identity, and access management in Microsoft 365 (AAD/Entra ID,roles, RLS). · Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to plugins, integrations, data integrity, and platform limitations. · Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.
