Job Summary

• The Production Supervisor provides full oversight and leadership for one of four rotating 12‑hour shifts in a 24/7 fiber optic cable manufacturing facility.
• This role is accountable for the performance, safety, quality, staffing, and execution of all production activities across the entire shift.
