Supports school-based Literacy School Improvement Coaches and Title I schools in coordinating achievement to improve teaching quality and student learning in reading and language arts.
Develops and implements professional learning plans to enhance coaches' understanding of data, Common Core standards, and instructional strategies.
Analyzes student data to advise on trends, outcomes, needs, and effective practices, recommending changes to current methods and assessments.
