Job Summary
This role serves as a functional and process expert guiding customers to transition business requirements into ServiceNow configuration for Finance and Procurement solutions.
The consultant is responsible for leading design workshops, driving process re-engineering, and owning the full lifecycle of user stories from draft to completion.
Candidates must be U.S. Citizens with the ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance and possess at least 5 years of consulting experience in complex global organizations.
