Job Summary

• Home Care Aides provide direct best of class services to older adults in their homes, hospitals, day centers, skilled nursing facilities and community residential facilities.
• Responsibilities may include, however not limited to: Assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing and grooming, Driving or accompanying clients to shopping, errands or doctor’s appointment, Assistance with transfers, ambulation, or exercise, Meal preparation including special diets and feeding assistance.
