  • Master's degree in Business or Health Administration

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or Finance
  • 7+ years in senior executive benefits leadership
  • Named or functional ERISA fiduciary experience
  • Direct experience managing defined benefit pension plans
  • Proven track record in large complex healthcare systems
