Complete nutritional initial, quarterly, annual and significant change reviews on residents according to federal and state guidelines.
Monitor food services operations to ensure conformance to nutritional, safety, sanitation and quality standards, as well as state and federal regulations.
Assist with the overall supervision and management of the dietary staff.
