  • Key responsibilities include advising clients on food and beverage choices, managing revenue reconciliation in the absence of the Head of Restoration, and overseeing product orders for the department.
  • The role requires ensuring maximum customer satisfaction, knowledge of hotel facilities and the destination, and adherence to integrated quality, environmental, and prevention policies.
