Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6 to 8 years experience as Lead Engineer
Strong proficiency in Java 8 or above
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring MVC
Solid front-end exposure using React
Experience with microservices architecture and REST API development
Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
Nice-to-have
Banking / BFSI domain experience highly preferred
Growth mindset and customer-focused approach
Experience handling high-volume enterprise systems

Technical lead role ownership of design and delivery
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
6 to 8 years of overall experience as a Lead Engineer
Strong proficiency in Java (8 or above)
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA
Good understanding of API design, versioning, and documentation
Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL
