Job Summary

  • The Senior Director Finance, North America Contract is a key member of MillerKnoll’s North America Contract Finance leadership team, responsible for helping to shape and execute the company’s financial strategy across our North America Contract business.
  • The Senior Director oversees core finance functions including financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance, while strengthening financial processes, controls, and insights to support growth and profitability.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing finance team across a distributed organization and drive a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance within the finance organization.
