Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • BS or MS in Engineering or Science field
  • 2+ years semiconductor experience
  • Thermal Anneal RTP or Surface Treatment knowledge
  • Statistical Process Control (SPC) proficiency
  • Change Point Management implementation
  • Data analysis tools Spotfire JMP MATLAB Excel
  • Scripting in Python VBA or equivalent

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with AMAT LAM Veeco equipment
  • Cross-department collaboration skills
  • Structured problem-solving methodology
  • Willingness to learn from failures
  • Technical presentation abilities

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant science/engineering field
  • Minimum 2 years of semiconductor industry experience
  • Knowledge of Thermal Anneal RTP or Dry Etch processes
  • Authorization to access U.S. export controlled information
