Employees must ensure resident safety by identifying them correctly before treatments, reporting all changes in condition immediately, and preventing unauthorized disclosure of protected health information.
The role requires physical capability to assist residents with lifting, turning, moving, and transporting while maintaining a calm and positive environment throughout the unit.
