Job Summary
This role supports the Global Early Clinical and Experimental Therapeutics (ECET) Oncology Team by designing and leading early clinical development of oncology assets in China.
The Clinical Lead is responsible for making front-line decisions on protocol design, dose escalation, and safety while overseeing First-In-Human studies through Phase 2a.
Success requires integrating outputs from multiple disciplines including regulatory, safety, biostatistics, and biomarker experts to build a coherent translational medicine plan.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degree required
2-5 years clinical research experience
Design and execution of Phase 1a/b and 2a trials
Leading cross-functional teams in oncology
Experience working with CROs for oversight
Medical safety oversight for clinical trials
Fluent in Mandarin and English languages
Nice-to-have
Experience in global pharma setting preferred
Postgraduate residency training in laboratory research
Experience conducting late phase clinical trials
Familiarity with emerging digital AI-driven tools
International intercultural working skills
Key Requirements
Advanced degree: M.D. or M.D./Ph.D.
Minimum 2-5 years of clinical research experience
Demonstrated experience in early development clinical trials
