Job Summary
Working within the risk appetite defined by the relevant Boards, as the Risk Manager you will work pro-actively with the Retail areas to promote best practice with the aim or reducing risks as defined within the Group’s Risk Taxonomy.
You will support the implementation of the Enterprise risk framework across the Retail business areas, with the development and provision of support to business developments and the ongoing analysis of operational risk.

Key Requirements
Proven track record of practical experience
Breadth of experience and knowledge of UK regulated financial services
Strong life and pensions experience is preferred
Experience of risk support in change and implementation of large transformation initiatives
Experience of implementing BoE regulatory requirements for operational risk is desirable but not essential
Good understanding of regulatory context for operation of risk management, including Solvency 2 requirements, FCA and PRA expectations
