  • Proven success in leadership awareness, team engagement, and goal delivery
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal, analytical and written communication skills
  • High levels of discretion, integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Experience in anticipating, identifying, understanding and analyzing complex business and culture issues
