Job Summary
This role builds meaningful relationships with high school counselors, prospective students, parents, and community partners through personalized outreach and a variety of recruitment initiatives.
The position plays a critical leadership role in managing Utah recruitment efforts, including overseeing the training and certification of BYU high school representatives and supervising Outreach Interns.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
1 year higher education recruitment experience
Master's Degree preferred
3 years higher education/outreach experience preferred
