Job Summary
Applicants will provide strength-based case management and rehabilitation, working cooperatively with JTCMHC treatment providers and community partners to provide essential treatment services and support for the consumer’s overall recovery.
The position requires strong skills in individual, group, and family therapy, as well as case management, experience conducting psychosocial evaluations, and developing comprehensive treatment plans.

Key Requirements
Baccalaureate degree in a behavioral health field
Two (2) years of experience in professional case management behavioral health services (for Senior BHCM II)
Department sponsored case management certification within 30 days of start date
