The role supports and drives improvements in day-to-day factory operations by optimizing Man, Machine, Material, and Method to deliver SQDCWE performance.
Candidates must possess deep knowledge of lean tools and the SKF Production System with around 7 years of shop-floor experience in grinding and assembly.
The position requires managing shift resources, conducting audits, deploying the Master plan, and fostering a culture of Kaizens within the factory.
