Must-have
5+ years program management experience
2+ years Social Value or CSR management
UK Public Sector supplier track record
Knowledge of PPN 06/20 and Modern Slavery Act
Experience with National TOMs or Social Value Portal
Budget management over £50k
Nice-to-have
Strong written and presentational communication skills
Network building within complex global companies
Commercially and financially astute mindset
Awareness of new UK Procurement Act
Experience in business development and tender responses
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
PRINCE2, APM, or PMP certification
Minimum 2 years working with UK Public Sector
Hands-on experience with Social Value measurement frameworks
