  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and sector norms
  • Proficiency in 8D, AMDEC, and DMAIC methods

  • Advanced statistical analysis skills with JMP or Minitab

Nice-to-have

  • Lean Management Green or Black Belt certification
  • Experience in microelectronics or semiconductor sectors

Key Requirements

  • Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
