AIG is seeking an Adjuster I for Complex Claims in Mexico, responsible for leading a team that assesses and manages complex claims while ensuring high service levels. Ideal candidates will possess at least three years of claims management experience, along with strong technical and leadership skills

Job Summary

  • Lead an express analysis team, focused on providing excellent service to insured parties and clients, work as part of a team, constantly motivating the personnel under your supervision, develop strategies to achieve desired service levels (NPS), define goals aligned with the department's objectives, and encourage your team to meet them.
  • Manage the allocation of claims within their Complex team of adjusters, provide a technical referral point for team members and manage performance, keep the (LoB) Senior Manager advised of key Complex loss developments and wider Complex trends.
