Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, or related
Minimum 10 years professional experience
At least 4 years supervisory or managerial role
Degree in Food Science preferred
MBA or M.S. in Operations Management preferred
Experience in food industry R&D, QC, processing/manufacturing
Experience in food systems entrepreneurship support
Demonstrated success in grant writing
Proof of legal authority to work in the US
