Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, or related
  • Minimum 10 years professional experience
  • At least 4 years supervisory or managerial role
  • Degree in Food Science preferred
  • MBA or M.S. in Operations Management preferred
  • Experience in food industry R&D, QC, processing/manufacturing
  • Experience in food systems entrepreneurship support
  • Demonstrated success in grant writing
