Key Requirements
2+ years programming CNC mills
4+ years machining and tool development
Ability to setup and operate CNC machining centers
Strong knowledge of surface feet calculation
Strong knowledge of machine tool technology
Strong knowledge of tooling application
Strong knowledge of GD&T drawing standards
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word
Knowledge of machining high tolerance parts
Associates’ Degree in Machine Tool Technology preferred
Able to communicate non-conformances
Able to perform root cause analysis
Experience with geometry creation using CAD software is a plus
