Base: $140,000.00-$210,000.00 Annual; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation eligible; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years external manufacturing experience
Deep knowledge of 21 CFR 212 regulations
Experience with radiotracer production sites
Strong vendor relationship management skills
Proven track record in GMP compliance
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing methodologies
Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems
Background in Six Sigma continuous improvement
Global manufacturing operations leadership
Project management certification preferred
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
