  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing enterprise best practices and fostering employee engagement, developing and executing project and process plans to enhance quality, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • 5+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • 5+ years of experience performing Estimates at Completion (EACs)
  • 5+ years of experience with financial processes and systems
  • 5+ years of work experience with Microsoft Excel
  • 5+ years of experience deriving meaningful information from data
  • 5+ years of experience with financial analysis for decision making
  • 5+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives
  • 5+ years of experience with financial EAC systems (COBRA, COGNOS, Open Plan)
  • 5+ years of experience with major/minor EAC development
  • Experience working with NASA programs
  • Willing to work 5 days a week onsite
  • Experience leading teams
