** Intermountain Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for Pediatric Critical Care to support patients in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at its Salt Lake City and Lehi campuses. The role requires advanced clinical skills and experience in pediatric critical care, with a collaborative approach within a multidisciplinary team. **

Job Summary

  • As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will join our Pediatric Critical Care team supporting patients in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at both Primary Children's Hospital campuses.
  • Our APPs work in a collaborative nature with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, while having opportunity to work at the top of their scope of licensure - participating in formulation of plans of care, conducting procedures such as ECMO, intubations, setting chest tubes, placement of mechanical circulatory support devices, among others.

Key Requirements

  • Current state license as APRN or PA
  • Certification as NP or PA
  • Utah State Controlled Substance License
  • Federal DEA Certificate II through V
  • BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
  • PALS certification
  • 2+ years Pediatric ICU clinical experience
