Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for recording vital signs, assisting with personal care, and reporting any changes in resident conditions.
The role requires strict adherence to confidentiality policies regarding protected health information and immediate reporting of accidents, incidents, or suspected abuse.
