Job Summary

  • The Change Management Lead will be responsible for driving the people and organizational side of major transformation programs across EMEA Manufacturing, with a strong focus on ERP implementation and operational transformation initiatives.
  • The role will design, coordinate and execute the change management strategy to ensure effective adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working in plant and operational environments.
  • Acting as a strategic partner to Operations, IT and HR, the role will proactively assess organizational readiness, manage adoption risks, align plant leadership, and embed sustainable change that protects operational continuity while maximizing transformation value.

Key Requirements
