Key Requirements

  • 21 years +
  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (exceeding 75 lbs)
  • Ability to crawl in small, tight spaces
  • Ability to access through a 22"x30" opening
  • Ability to safely climb and descend of ladders or attic stairs
  • Proficient in using staple guns, hammers, utility knives
  • Working on scaffolding or ladders
  • Able to properly use the personal protective gears on-site
  • Previous insulation/rodent control experience (strong plus)
  • Communication and customer service skills
  • Leadership experience (supervised 2-3 crew team members onsite)
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record within 7 years
