Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a construction Project Manager
  • Experience with projects from $25M to $50M
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Box, DocuSign, Textura, and Bluebeam
  • Expert understanding of AIA construction agreements
