Candidates will be responsible for ensuring high-touch engagement through regular onsite visits, executive engagements, and maintaining alignment with client strategies.

Salary
Base: $80,000 - $140,000 Annual; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual performance-based awards; Benefits: Comprehensive program including 401K match, insurance, PTO, and EAP access
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Front-Office and Middle-Office experience
Solid depth in trading workflows
Experience with Charles River IMS or similar platforms
Nice-to-have
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to foster relationships with senior leaders
Proactive issue resolution and project delivery
Key Requirements
BA/BS degree in Finance, Technology or relevant discipline
5 years experience within Financial Services or Software industry
Preferred experience in Asset Management and Relationship Management
