The Home Depot is seeking a Field Sales Consultant for its Interiors division, responsible for outside sales of interior products and services directly to customers' homes and at trade shows. The role requires strong customer service skills, sales experience, and the ability to adapt to customer needs while maintaining profitability

Job Summary

  • A Home Services Sales Consultant is responsible for selling the Company's interior products and services to customers.
  • Sales Consultants will travel to customers' homes to make sales calls, assess customer needs, make individually-tailored product recommendations, develop and negotiate customized price quotes, present warranty information and financial options that meet the customer's needs, and maintain/drive profitability.
  • The Sales Consultant is responsible for proactively soliciting and acquiring new customers inside assigned THD stores and during industry events (such as Home Shows).
