Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job position is to maintain administrative activities in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures.
  • Supports the Administrator, DON & Business Office Manager in administration tasks, performs clerical, accounting functions such as cash receipts and ancillary data, and may assist with HR and payroll duties.
  • Ensures that an adequate supply of office supplies and equipment are on hand to meet the day-to-day operational needs of the facility and maintains the confidentiality of all resident care information.
