Job Summary
Provides clinical surgical support by managing all relevant equipment and anticipating device needs of the O.R. staff and surgeon.
Responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining Stryker equipment and/or other related devices, working collaboratively with various medical personnel.
Must be able to provide support/coverage on all shifts at your assigned account, as well as at other accounts, potentially including on-call, overnight, and weekends.

Key Requirements
Highschool Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree or equivalent certifications preferred
Operating Room experience preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures and techniques preferred
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to troubleshoot issues in high-stress situations
Ability to provide on-call services within 45 minutes driving distance
