  • You will play a key role in expanding Neara’s presence across the region, managing the end-to-end sales process.
  • You will focus on building relationships with major TSOs and DSOs to drive adoption of our 3D digital twin technology.
  • This role offers total ownership of the Polish market with the opportunity to build and lead the region as Neara scales.

Must-have

  • Geospatial (GIS) or Construction Tech experience

Key Requirements

  • Proven track record selling complex enterprise software
  • Experience in Geospatial, Construction Tech, Engineering Software, or Infrastructure Digital Twins
  • Experience in 6-month+ sales cycles
  • Fluency in Polish and professional proficiency in English
