Assist the Customer Service Manager in developing project SOPs, ensuring adherence to SOPs, monitoring KPIs, and sending regular reports.
Proactively handle general exceptions, summarize case studies, and report major exceptions to the Customer Service Manager for solutions, while assisting in team management and talent development.
