The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws and possess at least a 10th-grade education.
The role requires frequent interaction with residents to assist with personal care, mobility, feeding, and monitoring for skin breakdown or other health issues.

Must-have

Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Properly document care on flow sheets and charts
