Job Summary

  • Review and approve warranty/campaign claims submitted by distributors and handle reclaim warranty expenses from local suppliers.
  • Serve as liaison between HMMA and distributors regarding field claim information and prepare executive reports summarizing approved claims.
  • Administer and comply with Business Management System, Environmental Management System, and Safety Management System requirements, including hazardous waste handling.
