Job Summary
Review and approve warranty/campaign claims submitted by distributors and handle reclaim warranty expenses from local suppliers.
Serve as liaison between HMMA and distributors regarding field claim information and prepare executive reports summarizing approved claims.
Administer and comply with Business Management System, Environmental Management System, and Safety Management System requirements, including hazardous waste handling.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred
0 – 10 years job-related experience preferred
3 – 5 years experience with data analysis desired
Ability to travel occasionally domestic or foreign
Flexibility for weekends, holidays, off shift, on-call duty, and overtime
